To PlacesOriginally settled by cattle farmers, the village of Robertson in the New South Wales Southern Highlands became one of the state's key dairy farming communities well known for its cheeses. Today Robertson's major crop is the potato, a fact immortalised in the town's 'Big Potato' sculpture.
