First settled by timber getters and fishermen in the 1840s, Huskisson was named in honour of the late Colonial Secretary William Huskisson. Located not far from popular Jervis Bay on the south coast of New South Wales, Huskisson's pristine beach and fishing spots have seen tourism become an integral part of the local economy.
