Ousely Condell ran a stone quarry at Bankstown in 1835. He was granted 200 acres at Bankstown and 27 acres at Willoughby. He was a nephew of Major General Sir Ralph Ousely and cousin of Rt Hon Sir Cope Ouseley, Baronet.
