The aesthetically appealing Crinum Pedunculatum, or Swamp Lily, is distinguished by its delicate white blooms and eye-catching purple stamens. Found by the sides of rivers and other swampy areas of land about coastal New South Wales, it is commonly used in coastal rehabilitation projects. With a subtle fragrance and simplicity of propagation, the Swamp or River Lily is also a favourite in NSW gardens.
