Roseneath Cottage

Roseneath Cottage is a well proportioned building of Georgian architecture and is considered the best surviving example of a colonial town cottage exterior within the County of Cumberland. It is associated with Janet Templeton, who is believed to have been responsible for the introduction of the merino into Victoria. (She imported merino of the Forlange breed). (Heritage Office files)
